1)Fish Fillet - (am taking a Bhetki fish)
2) Egg white - 2 eggs
3)Garlic & ginger paste - 1 table spoon
4)Green chills and coriander - Chopped (3 - 4 chills)

7) Onion ( 2 finely chopped onions)
8) Oil

Method:

Heat 2-3 table spoon of oil in a deep pan. Shallow fry the fish fillets.
Once done , keep the fish aside. Add one spoon of oil to the same pan, heat the oil , add garlic ginger paste, onion, copped green chills and fry for just about a minute . This would remove the rawness from the onion.Keep aside to cool at room temperature.

Mash the fish fry using a spoon or fork ,add rest of the cooked onion mix to the mashed fish, add lemon juice.

Mix the egg white and the bread crumb to it.
Now give your cutlets the shape you like.

Deep fry the cutlets in a pan . Fry till golden brown.

Serve with onion and some ketch up ...
